Third-Party Inspection Policy

Third-Party Inspection Policy

Scope, provider limits, report use, scheduling, and fee considerations for coordinated inspection.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Independent Provider

A third-party inspector may provide observations within an agreed scope. The inspector is not a guarantor of every product attribute, legal requirement, future performance, or shipment outcome.

2. Scope and Access

Buyer and seller should confirm location, sample method, timing, documents, access, and fee responsibility before work begins. Availability depends on provider capacity and order context.

3. Report Use

Dakoli may use the report as evidence in operational review. The report does not automatically approve shipment, refund, claim, or payout.

4. Cancellation

Fees may be non-refundable after scheduling, travel, sampling, or review work has occurred, subject to the displayed terms and admin review.

These policies are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
