Seller Fulfillment Policy
When sellers may ship, how inspection and tracking affect fulfillment, and why payment differs from payout.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
In this policy
1. Fulfillment Authority
Sellers must not ship until payment is confirmed and the displayed fulfillment method allows seller action. Payment confirmed does not mean payout released.
2. Fulfillment Methods
Orders may use seller direct fulfillment, Dakoli-purchased shipping, Dakoli inspection, or manual review. Sellers must follow the instructions shown for the order and must not bypass inspection or document review.
3. Tracking and Evidence
Tracking should be added only after a real shipment exists. Sellers should provide accurate carrier and shipment evidence through supported workflows.
4. Claims and Payout
Open claims, returns, disputes, refund review, inspection, delivery windows, reversal risk, or manual safety review may keep payout on hold.
5. Tóm tắt tiếng Việt
Người bán chỉ giao hàng khi thanh toán đã xác nhận và phương thức fulfillment cho phép. Payout có thể tiếp tục bị giữ trong thời gian kiểm tra hoặc khiếu nại.
