1. Unsupported Transaction Actions
Users must not request or represent fake paid, refunded, transferred, shipped, delivered, inspected, verified, or resolved states.
2. Payment Circumvention
Legitimate business coordination may occur through meetings or contact sharing, but final offers, checkout, payment, refunds, claims, and order updates should remain on Dakoli. Off-platform payments are not protected by Dakoli checkout workflows.
3. Evidence and Automation
Users must not submit false evidence or use automation to bypass seller approval, inspection, checkout readiness, admin review, payout holds, or account access controls.
4. Enforcement
Dakoli may restrict content, workflows, or accounts and preserve audit evidence when safety, fraud, legal, or policy risk is identified.
