Payout Hold Policy
Why buyer payment and seller payout are separate and which operational conditions may block release.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Payment and Payout Are Different
Buyer payment confirmation does not mean seller payout is released. Seller funds may remain on hold while fulfillment and marketplace safety conditions are reviewed.
2. Hold Conditions
Inspection, delivery or return windows, open claims, disputes, refunds, payment reversal risk, missing tracking, ambiguous settlement, and manual review may block payout.
3. Release Review
Dakoli admin reviews the real order, fulfillment, claim, refund, and settlement state before using a supported payout action. Dakoli does not promise instant or automatic payout.
4. Adjustments
Approved refunds, seller fault, label ownership, or inspection cost responsibility may affect settlement where supported. If a safe adjustment is unavailable, payout remains blocked for manual review.
