Buyer Protection Policy

Plain-language boundaries for supported checkout, evidence review, claims, refunds, and off-platform transaction risk.

1. Scope

Buyer protection applies only to supported Dakoli marketplace workflows and does not guarantee delivery, product performance, claim approval, or a refund.

2. Before Payment

Buyers should confirm product, quantity, destination, delivery window, shipping, Incoterm, documents, inspection choice, and fee responsibility before checkout. Reviewed Deal Room terms do not create an order or payment.

3. After Payment

Dakoli records supported payment and order states. Inspection, fulfillment, tracking, return, claim, and refund options depend on the real order state and submitted evidence.

4. Claims and Refund Review

Dakoli may request buyer and seller evidence. A refund request is not a completed refund. An authorized admin makes the final supported decision through an audited workflow.

5. Limits

Payments, final offers, claims, refunds, and order updates should remain on Dakoli. Transactions completed outside Dakoli checkout may not be protected by Dakoli workflows.
