3. AI-Assisted Review

AI may summarize documents and flag possible mismatches for authorized reviewers. AI output is advisory only. Dakoli admin makes inspection, claim, refund, and payout decisions.

4. Outcome Limits

Inspection or document review does not guarantee quality, compliance, delivery, customs clearance, or refund approval. A completed buyer-requested review fee may be non-refundable after work has been performed.
