1. Available Review
Where offered, orders may use no inspection, document review, or coordinated third-party inspection. Availability and scope are shown in the supported workflow.
2. Fee Responsibility
Responsibility may be buyer paid, seller paid, split, included in the quote, or agreed before checkout. Dakoli does not add an inspection charge unless the supported checkout displays it.
3. AI-Assisted Review
AI may summarize documents and flag possible mismatches for authorized reviewers. AI output is advisory only. Dakoli admin makes inspection, claim, refund, and payout decisions.
4. Outcome Limits
Inspection or document review does not guarantee quality, compliance, delivery, customs clearance, or refund approval. A completed buyer-requested review fee may be non-refundable after work has been performed.
