Before shipping

Ship only after Dakoli shows payment confirmed and the order's fulfillment method permits the seller to act. A paid order is not the same as payout released.

• Direct fulfillment: follow the order's displayed shipping and tracking instructions.
• Dakoli inspection or document review: wait for the required review and handoff instructions.
• Manual hold: contact Dakoli operations and do not ship until the blocker is resolved.

Label ownership and settlement

If the seller purchases the label, supported settlement may include buyer shipping. If Dakoli purchases the label, buyer shipping is retained for that cost and is excluded from seller settlement. Ambiguous ownership keeps payout under manual review.

Why payout remains on hold

Payment confirmation, fulfillment, delivery or inspection windows, open claims, returns, refund review, provider reversal risk, and manual safety review can block payout. Dakoli admin must complete the supported release review.
