How Deal Room works

Deal Room keeps offers, supplier responses, messages, and locked terms together. An accepted or reviewed offer is not automatically an order and does not mean payment has been made.

Why Pay Now may be unavailable

Checkout remains unavailable until the backend confirms required details. These may include destination, delivery window, Incoterm, freight estimate, required documents, and the selected inspection option.

• Buyer-owned details should be confirmed by the buyer.
• Seller-owned freight and delivery details should be confirmed by the seller.
• Dakoli review may be required for document review or coordinated inspection.

Inspection choices and responsibility

Where offered, a buyer may select no inspection, document review, or third-party inspection. Fee responsibility can be buyer paid, seller paid, split, included in the quote, or agreed before checkout. The checkout summary is the source of truth for any supported charge.

Inspection and AI-assisted document review help organize evidence. They do not guarantee product quality, compliance, delivery, or a refund outcome.
