Products may support no inspection, document review, or third-party inspection. Availability depends on the product, seller, destination, and operational capacity shown in the workflow.

What happens after payment

If review is required, the seller should follow the displayed instructions and must not bypass the inspection workflow. Dakoli may request documents or coordinate a third party before shipment proceeds.

Fees, evidence, and refunds

Responsibility for inspection fees must be confirmed before checkout. A completed buyer-requested inspection fee may be non-refundable if the buyer later cancels. If a review fails or a claim is opened, Dakoli admin reviews evidence and makes the final operational decision.
