There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
Customized/handmade or tester products made to order (unless there is damage, defect, or error, such as misspellings)
Computer laptops, desktops, open software, downloadable software products, and online subscriptions after access.
Some jewelry orders
Grocery products (replacements are possible in cases of spills or spoilage)
Items with special shipping restrictions
Live insects
Fresh flowers
Groceries
Chilled and frozen products
Live plants
Pet food
Prepaid phone cards
Theme park tickets
Wine
Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information).

How to Return an Item
Hover over your Account icon and select Orders & Reviews
Find the order with the items you want to return, then select Return Items. You'll only see this option if your order is eligible to return
Select Start Return
Select the quantity of each item you want to return and confirm the total.
Select Continue
Some important notes:
Please carefully review and package each return to prevent items from being damaged in transit and ensure the items you return are in the same, like-new condition that you received them. If you feel like you have received incorrect or damaged items, please don't return them. Instead, report them as damaged or missing.
Package individual returns separately, each with its return label.
Ship returns by the Ship Return By date on each return label.
If any items you return are missing or in a condition that prevents us from selling them, you'll be charged. We're unable to send back any damaged items that have been returned.
Once we receive your item, a refund will be initiated immediately. For example, if you canceled a pickup item and were billed for it, we create your refund directly after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Products paid for using your Dakoli Account Balance will be refunded to your Dakoli Account Balance.
